OUR CAR RENTAL POLICY
1. The driver must be over 21 years old and have his driver’s license for at least one year.
2. The customer must have a valid european or international driver’s license.
3. Third party insurance is included in the price.
4. Fully comprehensive insurance is included in the price. It reduces the customer’s liability as long as he accepts the relevant terms and conditions.
5. Personal insurance is included in the price. It covers all the passengers of the car with an upper limit of 15.000 € .
6. Theft protection is included in the price.
7. Special full insurance is not included in the price. The customer is completely relieved from the responsibility of any damage to the car as long as he accepts the relevant terms and conditions.
*Necessary requirement for the insurance is driving according to the highway code. Using drug substances and alcohol is prohibited. Driving on non-asphalt roadways is prohibited.
8. Additional driver charge is 2€ per day.
9. V.A.T. 24% is included in the price.
10. Gasoline or petrol is paid by the customer and the car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was picked up.
11. Any fines and infractions during the rental period of the car burden the customer.
12. The car can only be driven only by the person who is written on the contract.
13. According to our policy the car is reserved based on category and not the brand.
14. You will have to provide a 30% of the full price as down payment for the reservation of the car. At the moment you can’t pay the full amount online.
15. Delivery or pickup to/from Chania Airport costs 100 € each, which is paid at the moment of pickup/delivery.
Payment Options
You may pay with your credit card, debit card or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners) or using your Masterpass Digital Wallet.
Payment Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that your credit card will be charged the 30% of the total price that is needed as down payment the moment we accept your booking. This procedure can be done instantly or up to 7 days from your submission.
È possibile annullare la prenotazione senza alcun costo fino a 2 settimane prima di ritirare l'auto a noleggio. La caparra sarà interamente rimborsata.

NO INSURANCE COVERAGE
1. When the driver is under the influence of alcohol or
drugs.
2. After an accident, driver doesn’t stop and doesnt take the necessary actions, such as informing our company, the Traffic Police (100), getting names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and not moving the car from the point where the accident. took place before the representative of the
insurance company or the Traffic Police arrives.
3. When the renter uses the car for unfair and illegal purposes, for example. smuggling, theft, illegal transport of objects and goods.
4. When the driver is not declared on the Rental Agreement.
5. The driver uses the car for any kind of racing or competition.
6. Damages caused to the vehicle because of off road driving (road without asphalt, beaches, mountains etc).
7. The vehicle is used in violation of the traffic
regulations (e.g. road signs, speed limits, road direction).
